Terms & Conditions

• Studio reservations must be made and confirmed in advance.

• Full payment is required before the rental period begins.

• A formal handover will be signed upon receiving the studio, detailing the condition and contents to ensure mutual responsibility.

• Adhere to the reserved entry and exit times; delays are billed per extra hour.

• The studio cannot be used for illegal or inappropriate activities.

• The space must be returned clean and in its original state.

• Do not rearrange or move decor or equipment without prior permission.

• Any damage to equipment or property is the renter’s responsibility for repair or replacement.

Studio Usage Rules

 • Cooking or heating strong-smelling foods (e.g., fried fish) that may leave lasting odors is prohibited.

• Smoking inside the studio is strictly prohibited.

Filming & Editing Rules

• Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or politically/religiously insensitive is prohibited.

• Filming is not allowed in restricted or non-designated areas.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Fees

• SAR 500 for 2 hours / SAR 1,800 for 12 hours / SAR 200 per additional hour.
• A refundable security deposit of SAR 500 is required, provided no damages occur.
• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the booking.
• No refund if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior.
